Instead, the Bayern chief has said the England captain is 'old enough to make his own decisions' and stressed his desire to see him stay with the German giants 'in the future'. His comments come amid mounting speculation that Kane, who is closing in on a century of goals for Bayern, could return to the league he left for £100million in 2023. Tottenham manager Thomas Frank has added fuel to the chatter by admitting the 32-year-old would be welcomed back at the club he quit in search of major honours. 'There's a lot of Tottenham fans including myself who would like to see Kane back, ' said the Dane this week. 'He's welcome. 'If he wants to join us, he's more than welcome. My kids are loving it here in school, so yes, this is my life here for the foreseeable future. ' But it is no secret he is within striking distance of breaking Alan Shearer's Premier League goals record. Kane left Spurs on 213 goals, just 47 off Shearer's long standing mark of 260. Some believe that now he has won major silverware with Bayern, lifting last season's Bundesliga title and this year's Franz Beckenbauer Supercup, he should return to smash Shearer's record before it is too late.
