Thursday 31 July 2025 18: 58, UK Wrexham have made a £2m bid for Leicester City centre-back Conor Coady. It's understood the 32-year-old would be open to exploring a move to the newly-promoted Championship club, if a deal can be agreed. Sky Sports News revealed last month that Rangers had made an approach for the England international. Coady has one year left on his Leicester contract. Wrexham, co-owned by Rob Mc Elhenney and Ryan Reynolds, are back in the second tier for the first time since 1982 this season and have already made six permanent signings as they continue their push from non-League to the Premier League. The Championship side have held talks with Denmark international Eriksen, who is a free agent after leaving Manchester United this summer.
