Going into Easter Monday's fixtures, Daniel Farke's side needed to beat Stoke and hope Sheffield United drop points at fellow promotion rivals Burnley later that evening. Leeds United did their part with a 6-0 demolition job before an anxious watch as Burnley triumphed 2-1 to secure both teams' return to the top-flight. The Clarets win was greeted with mass jubilation across the Pennines as Leeds celebrated their own achievement. And it was not just the players and coaching staff who rejoiced - with the partners of the former also partaking in the action. Many WAGs took to Instagram stories to revel in the scenes, offering fans of the club an insight to what went down.
