The player in question has made 82 league appearances for the La Liga outfit having spent two years with their youth teams. According to Spanish publication Marca, he has opted to turn down fresh terms to keep him at the Mestalla within the past week. It is still claimed that the Red Devils are keeping an eye on the player and are working behind the scenes to bring him to Old Trafford. That is none other than midfielder Javi Guerra, who has been a regular member of Spain's U21 squads and scored a penalty in their European Championships quarter-final defeat to England last month. Mail Sport reported last Sunday that talks had advanced last weekend and the 21-year old agreed personal terms with Arsenal. The Spaniard underwent a medical earlier this week ahead of joining the Gunners in £13million deal with added bonus payments. Mosquera can play at both centre-back and right-back and will fill the gap in the squad left by the departure of Takehiro Tomiyasu, who mutually agreed to terminate his contract.
