FT: Rangers 2-1 Livingston On the denial of a penalty at Ibrox for a handball by Emmanuel Fernandez, Livingston boss David Martindale tells BBC Scotland: "I don't know where to go with the handball decision. It hits his arm, it's going on target, could be a goal. "I'd like Willie [Collum] to phone me and explain that one. It's not his fault but the technology is not being used properly if that's not a penalty. "I know if that's at Livingston and against us, that's a penalty against us. It's a penalty, nobody will change my mind on that. " Tete Yengi's first-half shot appeared to hit Emmanuel Fernandez's arm FT: Hibernian 2-0 Dundee Hibs head coach David Gray tells BBC Scotland: "We could have had the game out of sight earlier. All in all, a really good day's work. "Credit to Dundee, they had a real go towards the end and the goalkeeper makes a big save, which allows us to see the game out pretty comfortably. "I'll not mention Kieron's miss because he probably heard me from the sidelines at the time, and he takes his goal really well. Probably the hardest chance he had in the game. "The pleasing thing for me is he's back on the scoresheet and he keeps getting himself in those positions. "I believe there's a lot more to come from Kieron. He's got a massive journey ahead of him. It's not just goals that he brings to the team, there's the unselfish work he does that goes unseen at times. " FT: Hibernian 2-0 Dundee "I eventually got there after missing a sitter, " says Hibs striker Kieron Bowie, who opened the scoring at Easter Road. "It's been a while [since I last scored] but you've just got to keep doing what you're doing. Hopefully, one will go in. "The header was an awkward height and I thought 'I could chest this' then I tried to head it and somehow it's gone over the bar. You've just got to bounce back. I could have gone under and that would have been me for the whole game, but I tried to laugh it off. "I won't repeat what I said after getting the goal. .. " Asked about forcing his way back into the Scotland squad for the World Cup, Bowie is not getting carried away. "Obviously everyone wants to play for their nation and I've managed to do that a couple of times, but that would be another level, " he says. "I'll need a lot more goals. If I do the basics well, the goals will come. " FT: Dundee Utd 0-3 Falkirk This Falkirk team just keep going, absolutely superb performance and every one of those players put in a fantastic shift. When is the John Mc Glynn statue getting built? Neil FT: Kilmarnock 1-3 Motherwell Kilmarnock manager Stuart Kettlewell tells BBC Scotland: "I think when you look at the result, it looks like a dominant display from Motherwell. I didn't feel that, I didn't see that. "The two goals in the first half were avoidable. This is something we continue to do to ourselves; it's self-inflicted. "The dominance we had for a spell in the second half, that's what we expect. " FT: Rangers 2-1 Livingston I will obviously take result as a Rangers supporter, but absolutely awful performance. Danny Rohl, get a grip. Against a better team we would have been skelped today. Brian FT: Rangers 2-1 Livingston Rangers head coach Danny Rohl tells BBC Scotland: "It was a hard-work performance and a hard-work victory. "After the goal we start to not concentrate enough and the opponents go behind with a long ball - it was too easy. "We changed small details at half-time. We are pleased to have the win and that's the most important. "We told the players at half-time we have to do more, invest more, need more runs without the ball. "We will analyse the game as always and then go again. " FT: Hibernian 2-0 Dundee Dundee are sleep-walking to relegation.

The Celtic result has probably been the worst thing that could have happened - it would have been seven losses in a row but for that.

Tactics are just appalling by Pressley - he needs to go - but John Nelms is too arrogant to admit he's got this appointment so wrong.

There are decent players in the team but the manager is just not utilising them at all. Martin You'll catch all the goals from today's action on Sportscene later. Because of the late kick-off in Paisley between St Mirren and Celtic, it starts at 22: 20 GMT on BBC One Scotland. Twelve goals across the four games we've watched. FT: Kilmarnock 1-3 Motherwell Six straight defeats for Stuart Kettlewell's Kilmarnock. Yikes. That will clearly bring heat from the support. Killie fans, have you seen enough? Remarkably, it's as you were in the top flight. There's now a wee gap opening up between the top six and bottom six. FT: Kilmarnock 1-3 Motherwell Motherwell manager Jens Berthel Askou tells BBC Scotland: "I would say the way we were able to control the game for the most part, I think that's because we were good in moments. "We knew this was going to be a moments game, it's such a difficult place to play. There was a lack of concentration and we allowed them to get back into the game. "But from then on, we dealt really well with their direct play and them trying to overload our backline and create something from a second ball or a cross from wide areas. " Scottish Championship That's a huge win for Partick Thistle. St Johnstone were threatening to run away with the Championship, but their lead is now just three points having played a game more than Thistle. Wins elsewhere for Ayr and Dunfermline, plus a goalless draw between Arbroath and Raith Rovers. FT: Rangers 2-1 Livingston They certainly support the idea that Livingston were unfortunate to leave Govan with nothing today. .. FT: Rangers 2-1 Livingston Martin Dowden BBC Sport Scotland at Ibrox Rangers will take the points but, my goodness, it's hard to make a case they deserved this. Livingston will feel so aggrieved. They will undoubtedly feel at 1-1 they should have had a penalty. They offered so much. Mohamed Diomande's winner wasn't without controversy with questions to be answered there. Danny Rohl said winning is paramount right now. They did but it was far from convincing. FT: Dundee United 0-3 Falkirk Tyrone Smith BBC Scotland at Tannadice It felt like there were more Falkirk fans than United supporters in Tannadice at the full-time whistle. That tells the story. The Bairns were brilliant, playing with a confidence and belief and their front-footed approach caused United all sorts of bother. United, who weren't helped by a couple of errors from their keeper, were poor. They continue to leak goals and have now won just one of their past seven league games. Jim Goodwin needs to find a way of getting them back on track otherwise a season that promised a lot could unravel. Mohamed Diomande's second-half tap-in gives Rangers all three points at Ibrox. Danny Rohl's side were nowhere near their best and can perhaps count themselves fortunate. One also imagines Livi boss David Martindale will have something to say about the non-award of a penalty to his side in the first half. Falkirk take advantage of a mistake-ridden performance by Dundee United goalkeeper Yevhen Kucharenko to claim a surprisingly comfortable Scottish Premiership win at Tannadice. John Mc Glynn's side, who were only promoted from the Championship in the summer, remain fifth but rise five points ahead of seventh-placed United. Yevhen Kuchurneko punches the ball into his own net Rangers 2-1 Livingston One final chance for Livi, who have a free-kick in the Rangers half. Robbie Muirhead rifles a volley just over the top - Ibrox breathes a sigh of relief. Rangers midfielder Mohamed Diomande celebrates his controversial winner At a glance Fernandez & Diomande goals earn Rangers fourth successive league win Rohl unbeaten in Premiership since taking charge Livingston left to rue decisions and stay bottom of division Rangers earned a fourth successive Scottish Premiership win under head coach Danny Rohl, taking the points in controversial fashion to extend Livingston's long winless league run to 11 games. Mohamed Diomande's late winner was initially deemed offside but overturned on review, with the visitors initially claiming goalkeeper Jerome Prior was fouled before the ball broke into the Ibrox midfielder's path. Emmanuel Fernandez's thumping early header was levelled when Tete Yengi raced clear to score his first of the season before the striker was controversially denied a penalty when the ball struck Fernandez's arm minutes later. Victory moves the Ibrox side to within nine points of leaders Hearts, having played the same number of games. This was controversial and Livingston will no doubt feel aggrieved. David Martindale's side looked on course for a third draw in a row, but the late concession left them a point adrift of Dundee at the bottom with just a solitary league win. Rohl spoke of improvement and confidence in his squad. Injuries to John Souttar and Derek Cornelius meant a centre-back pairing of Nasser Djiga and the rarely-seen Emmanuel Fernandez. Latest Rangers news, analysis and fan views All you need to know about Livingston Rangers reveal £14. 8m loss despite record revenues The latter made an instant impact with a perfectly-timed run that was finished with a towering header in off the crossbar. The perfect start for Rangers and him on just his second league start. However, a procession to a straightforward three points didn't materialise as Livingston fought back and looked strong. Yengi exposed Rangers' centre-backs and ran clear, coolly finishing under Jack Butland to level. Shortly after, it was so nearly worse for the home side. Yengi saw his close-range shot divert off Fernandez's arm. It was on target, but a foul wasn't given. The guidance from VAR HQ was that the defender's arm was deemed to be in a natural position and the ball to be struck from close range. Martindale and his team will likely disagree with that judgement. It was a crucial call that will likely be dissected, not least given referee Ross Hardie was not called over to the monitor to review. As the game wore on, Livingston were comfortable for the large part. Djeidi Gassama somehow missed on the counter before Yengi was superbly denied when clean in on Jack Butland. In the dying seconds of injury time, substitute Robbie Muirhead fired just over as Diomande's late, controversial, tap-in ultimately proved the difference. Rohl said he had to show players who hadn't featured much that he trusts them. He sees a team with improving self-confidence. He wants a team who aren't scared to make mistakes as he seeks improvement. Fernandez's goal was emphatic. The problem is he and Djiga looked very fragile at the back. And repeatedly so. Injuries mean that pairing is likely for the foreseeable. Rangers looked so ragged at times. They got the job done in the end but it was far from convincing. The home side didn't move the ball quickly or stretch the game wide nearly enough. It played into Livingston's hands and suggested consistent improvement may take some time. They'll take the win, though. Livingston haven't won in the league since their second outing in August. A couple of draws in their previous two outings offered something to build on but, having never beaten Rangers at Ibrox, this always seemed a tall order. That they got level was to their credit. They will surely feel they should have had that penalty to take the lead at 1-1. They should have gone ahead when Yengi raced clear. They also seemed aggrieved that Rangers' winner stood after an offside review and with Jerome Prior in goal claiming he'd be caught by Bojan Miovski. So many positives for them to take but points make the difference. This was a hard luck story and Martindale's remonstrations with the officials at full-time said it all. Rangers return to Europa League action looking for their first points of the campaign when they host Braga on Thursday (20: 00 GMT). Falkirk then come to Ibrox next Sunday (14: 00). Livingston continue their quest to get Premiership points on the board when they host Aberdeen next Sunday (15: 00).
