Tottenham triggered a one-year extension in January with Son’s contract now expiring in 2026, but the club could listen to offers this summer rather than allow him to depart on a free. According to the BBC, a potential sale has been complicated by Tottenham’s upcoming pre-season tour of Asia. The report claims an exit would be delayed until after the tour, with Son a central part of Tottenham’s commercial plans due to his status in South Korea. 'Rather than saying anything at this moment, I think we should all wait and see what happens.
