The producer and director married Schiffer in 2002, and has been involved in films such as Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels - which was brought to life by Guy Ritchie and featured former footballer Vinnie Jones. Schiffer was seen at Brentford's game against Nottingham Forest in December and has four children with Matthew Vaughn - two sons and two daughters - and the duo have resided at Coldham Hall, Stanningfield,  Suffolk, since 2002. Now, reports suggest that Vaughn is in talks to buy a minority stake in Premier League side Brentford alongside South African businessman Gary Lubner. According to The Sun, reports suggest that Bees owner Matthew Benham could be open to selling some of his shares in the London-based club. It is estimated that he would be willing to sell up to 20 per cent. He is thought to value the club at £400million and would sell shares for between £40m and £80mm, depending on how many were sold. He is also the former CEO of Belron - the owners of Autoglass - and has been a major donor to the Labour party in recent times, having reportedly donated £4. 5m in 2023 alone. German Schiffer, meanwhile, rose to fame in the 1990s when she attained supermodel status. Her career started when she met Michel Levaton, the CEO of Metropolitan Models, aged 17 in a Dusseldorf nightclub. In her personal life, she was previously engaged to American magician David Copperfield, with their relationship ending in 1999. Brentford, meanwhile, lost manager Thomas Frank to Tottenham this summer, with star man Bryan Mbeumo of serious interest to Manchester United.
