Rodri keen to make his mark on comeback trail If Haaland is hungry for action then City midfielder Rodri must be champing at the bit to get a start for City with his last campaign having been ruined by a cruciate-ligament injury. The Spanish midfielder played half an hour against Al Ain and while Guardiola will hope Rodri is ready to go for the new season, the temptation will be there to throw him in from the beginning. If that happens, don’t expect him to sit back. He scored eight Premier League goals the season before last and is never afraid to try his luck, so backing him to have a shot on target in the Orlando clash could be a profitable play.
