The Red Bulls failed to beat Ried in their opening game of the domestic league season and it doesn't appear that Thomas Letsch’s men are in particularly fine fettle. Salzburg were in America for the Club World Cup earlier this summer and the Red Bulls offered little in that competition. The fact they were even involved in the tournament has to be viewed as a negative too, given how it could easily impact the new campaign, and Letsch's men may struggle to contain Club Brugge. The Belgians enjoyed an excellent run in last season's Champions League, before Aston Villa stepped in to end their hopes at the round-of-16 stage, but the Blue and Black are improving and they look a fantastic bet to win a high-scoring contest at the Red Bull Arena.
