With Alexander Isak’s British record move to Liverpool now increasingly likely, Newcastle want two strikers in the door before Monday’s deadline. And, while Wolves insist Strand-Larsen is not for sale and chairman Jeff Shi is adamant any offers will be immediately rebuffed, the Norwegian is thought to have let his club know of his desire to move to the North-East.
